Contact Sharing Policy

1. Policy Statement

EduuMatch operates as a tutoring marketplace where parent-tutor communication is mediated through the Platform. Publicly displayed contact information undermines marketplace integrity, causes lead leakage, and threatens the sustainability of the Platform. This policy establishes clear rules regarding the display and sharing of contact information by Tutors.

2. Prohibited Contact Information

3. Where the Policy Applies

The prohibition applies to all Tutor-facing and public-facing surfaces: profile headline/bio, qualifications, experience, subjects, images, uploaded documents, review responses, chat messages, video introductions, and any custom fields or free-text inputs.

4. Lead Unlock Communication

Parents may initiate contact through the "Request Demo" button. The lead must remain on the Platform until the Tutor has paid applicable unlock fees. Only after a lead has been properly unlocked may the Tutor share their contact information with the specific parent who initiated that lead.

6. Appeals

Tutors may appeal enforcement actions by contacting info@eduumatch.com within 7 days of notification. Appeals must include a written commitment to compliance.

Violation of this policy is a material breach of the Tutor Terms and Conditions and may result in account suspension or termination.
