Profile Content Policy

1. Prohibited Content

Contact Information

The following is strictly prohibited anywhere on a Tutor profile: phone numbers, WhatsApp numbers, email addresses, social media handles, website URLs, QR codes, payment links, booking links, or any obfuscated or implied contact details.

Misleading Claims

Tutors must not post falsified qualifications or certifications, inflated years of experience, fake student testimonials not generated through the Platform's review system, promises of guaranteed results or marks, or claims of affiliations with institutions without proof.

Inappropriate Content

Profanity, obscenity, sexually suggestive content, discriminatory or hateful language, political or religious solicitation, and violent or threatening content are strictly prohibited.

Commercial Content

Advertisements for third-party services, promotional content for other platforms, referral links or affiliate codes, and pricing for services not offered through EduuMatch are prohibited.

2. Required Content

Tutors must maintain accurate and current information for: full name (as per government ID), teaching subjects, qualification summary, experience summary, location / service area, and availability.

3. Content Review and Moderation

All new profiles and profile edits are subject to automated and manual review. Automated scanning checks for prohibited content patterns on every save. Profiles flagged by automated scanning are held for admin review before publication. EduuMatch reserves the right to modify or remove profile content that violates this policy.

4. Profile Images and Media

Profile photos must be a clear, professional headshot. Photos must not contain contact information overlaid, logos or branding, other individuals, or inappropriate imagery. Uploaded documents must be genuine and relevant. Document filenames must not contain contact information.
