Welcome to EduuMatch. These Parent Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the EduuMatch platform as a parent or guardian seeking tutoring services. By registering, accessing, or using EduuMatch, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register or use the Platform.
To register as a Parent, you must be at least 18 years of age (or have the consent of a parent or guardian), provide accurate registration information, not have been previously suspended, and comply with all applicable Indian laws.
You must create an account with a valid email address and phone number. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify EduuMatch immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You may not create multiple accounts, impersonate others, or use automated means to create accounts.
You may use the Platform to browse tutor profiles, send demo requests, communicate with tutors, schedule tutoring services, and leave honest reviews. You must not share tutor contact details publicly, harass or abuse any user, submit fake demo requests, spam tutors, create leads for data harvesting purposes, or circumvent the Platform.
A demo request is a genuine expression of interest in engaging a Tutor's services. By submitting a demo request, you confirm that you are genuinely seeking tutoring services. Repeatedly submitting demo requests without responding to tutors may result in account restrictions.
All initial communication with tutors must occur through Platform channels. You must not ask tutors to share their personal contact information before a lead has been properly processed or suggest moving communication off-platform to avoid Platform policies.
Reviews must be honest, factual, and based on genuine tutoring experience. You must not submit reviews for tutors you have not engaged or in exchange for compensation. EduuMatch reserves the right to remove reviews that violate this policy.
Refund requests must be submitted through the Platform's designated process. EduuMatch will evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Refund abuse — including false claims, repeated refund requests, or exploitation of refund policies — may result in account suspension or termination.
EduuMatch may suspend or terminate Parent accounts for violation of these Terms, fraudulent or abusive behaviour, lead farming or data harvesting, refund abuse, circumvention of Platform systems, illegal activity, or any conduct that threatens Platform integrity.
EduuMatch provides the Platform on an "as is" basis. EduuMatch is not liable for the quality of tutoring services, does not guarantee the accuracy of tutor profiles, and parents are responsible for conducting their own due diligence. EduuMatch's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Parent in the 12 months preceding the claim.
EduuMatch collects and processes Parent data as described in our Privacy Policy. When you submit a demo request, your contact information is shared with the Tutor only after the lead is properly processed. Your data will not be sold to third parties.
Parties agree to attempt informal resolution for 30 days before formal proceedings. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in courts of Bokaro / Ranchi, Jharkhand.
EduuMatch may modify these Terms at any time with 15 days' notice. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance.
