• Tutor Profiles: Display tutor information on the platform so parents can discover and contact tutors directly.

• Verification: Verify tutor identities, qualifications, and credentials.
• Platform Improvement: Analyze usage to improve the platform and user experience.
• Communication: Send verification updates, platform notifications, and service-related messages.
• Future Services: Process payments, manage subscriptions, and deliver premium features when monetization is introduced.

4 Data Sharing

We may share limited information in these situations:

• Tutor–Parent Discovery: When a parent views a tutor profile, the tutor's public profile information (name, subjects, area, qualifications) is displayed. Phone/email are only shared if the parent sends a contact request.
• Service Providers: We use third-party hosting (Render) and analytics services. These providers access data only to the extent necessary for hosting and operations.
• Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or a valid legal process.

5 Data Storage & Security

• All data is stored on secure servers hosted on Render (cloud infrastructure).
• Tutor passwords are encrypted using industry-standard hashing (bcrypt).
• Admin access to the CRM is restricted to authorized personnel only.
• We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

While we strive to protect your information, no internet-based service is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
